Privacy Policy
For Everyone:
T & C Decorative Painting collects the e-mail addresses of those whobr
communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages
consumers access or visit. We do not have a subscription based e-mail list yet,
but should we create one, it will also be used to collect information from consumers.
The information is used to improve the content of our web page,
and to notify consumers of updates to our web site. This information
is not shared in any way with other organizations, for commercial purposes.
Persons who supply T & C with their telephone numbers
may receive telephone or e-mail contact regarding class registration
online, and any online orders that may take place when T & C develops
an e-commerce system. Please provide us with your correct phone number
or e-mail address. If you supply T & C with your
postal mailing address, you may receive periodic mailings
from us about new services or products.
T & C is not sharing phone numbers, mailing addresses,
and e-mail addresses with other organizations,
and will gladly remove your name from our list upon
your request.
Special Privacy Note For Children
T & C is not actively marketing to children under age 18
(The Federal Trade Commission's Children's Online Privacy
Protection Act, also known as the FTC Kidz Privacy Policy,
goes up to age 13). We are requiring written parental consent
for anyone under age 18 to order products from us or to enroll
in our classes. Parents may withdraw consent and request
personal information about their children be removed from
T & C's lists by contacting:

We will not distribute any personal information;
that information is for personal use only. The information
we collect from children is no different than the information
we collect from adults in the process of handling orders
for our products and enrollment in our classes. We collect
from all clients: name, address, phone number,
age (persons under age 18 cannot order products or enroll
in our classes without written parental consent), checking
account numbers, credit card numbers (both of these where
applicable), as well as information necessary to complete
an order or class enrollment from T & C Decorative Painting.
These policies are in addition to the Federal Trade Commission's
